Controller and contact
Arsolving Multiservice Group S.r.l.s. — Strada della Bonifica 48/1, 65129 Pescara (PE), Italia — P. IVA 02464290689. For requests about personal data: info@sircompare.com.
What this site processes
The site publishes static informative pages. It offers no accounts, forms, newsletter, comments or purchases. It uses Google Analytics 4 only if you accept statistics. Before your choice, and if you decline, the Google tag is not loaded. We use no advertising pixels and no advertising profiling. Fonts, images and styles are served from our own domain.
To serve the pages, the infrastructure receives your IP address and the technical data of the request. Technical error and security records are kept for at most 30 days, unless needed to investigate abuse or required by law.
Purposes, legal bases and infrastructure
Technical data serves the operation and security of the site on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Optional statistics rest on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Hosting is on Amazon Web Services, Frankfurt region, Germany. We do not sell personal data.
Optional statistics and consent
With your consent, Google Analytics 4 measures pages visited, where visits come from and interactions, so we can improve the site. Google may process technical data, your IP address and cookie identifiers. We disable Google Signals and advertising personalisation.
Your choice is kept in the browser for at most 180 days; the Analytics cookies are set with a 180-day lifetime, renewed while you browse. Retention inside Google's systems depends on the Analytics property settings. The service may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area under the conditions and safeguards Google describes. See Google's privacy policy and how Analytics uses data.
In this market an audience-measurement cookie can be exempt from consent provided you are informed and can object simply. We go further: nothing is loaded until you accept, and you can change your mind at any time.
If you write to us
If you contact the controller by email, what you send is used to answer your request and manage any resulting relationship. Providing it is optional and it is kept as long as needed for that request and any applicable obligations.
Your rights
You can contact the controller to exercise the rights granted by the applicable law, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability. You can also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Updates
Before introducing features that process personal data we will update this notice and, where required, collect consent.
