Evernorth XRP treasury shares hit record low of $11.70
Updated

The record low close
Evernorth Holdings, the XRP digital asset treasury firm, closed at $11.70 on the evening before Protos published its report on 3 November 2026. According to Protos, that is the lowest close since its merger became effective.
The figure is 44% below the first-day high of $21 reached on 9 October. Measured against the pre-merger peak of $53 listed on the Evernorth Investor Relations page, the drop is 78%. At the time of publication, Protos reported the price had recovered slightly from the previous close, mostly trading above $12.
Who sits behind the treasury
Shareholders include Ripple Labs, Arrington XRP Capital and SBI Holdings. Ripple co-founder Chris Larsen is exposed through his controlling shareholder role at Ripple Labs and through the Larsen Lam Children’s Remainder Trust.
RippleWorks, a nonprofit Larsen cofounded, is the majority owner of the Arrington XRP Capital Fund. The firm holds approximately 473 million XRP.
The $80 million equity facility
On 26 October Evernorth said it had entered a common stock purchase agreement with CF Principal Investments LLC. The deal sets up a committed equity facility for up to 5,218,935 shares of Class A Common Stock.
Evernorth said that, assuming the XRPN closing price on 22 October 2026, full execution would generate aggregate gross proceeds of about $80 million. The facility, if used, is intended to support the acquisition of XRP and product development in the XRP ecosystem.
